ok i think i have fixed the header problem, it was displaying on mine fine which is opera but if i opened it with explorer it was scrunched up so i think it is fine now, if not could someone please let me know and i will move it a bit more.

Your header looks like it's completely there, but still looks a little compressed. I think it's because it fills up only the middle three-fifths of the screen; there are large blank areas to the right and left of the header. Should the header run full width across the page?
